Fatima Tariq is a Lahore-based miniature artist who recently completed her BFA in Miniature Painting from the University College of Art and Design, Punjab University. Her practice draws from South Asian miniature traditions while engaging contemporary themes of social anxiety, inner conflict, and psychological space. She is particularly interested in how built and natural surroundings shape emotional states and inner landscapes. Through a restrained visual language and carefully selected symbolism, her work reinterprets traditional miniature formats to create intimate narratives that reflect the pressures, vulnerabilities, and quiet resilience found within everyday environments.
